Editorial Policy
The editorial policy of turbineandpanel defines the scope and standards for all published content. This site covers the generation technology and the specific project being built with it. Our remit includes the sections Technologies, Storage, Grid, Markets, Economics, News, Companies and supply chain, Policy and regulation, Permitting, land and community, End of life and repowering, and Workforce and safety. We will not publish betting content, invented quotes, or details about an individual's private life. Content presented as instruction on health, legal or financial matters is expressly prohibited.
turbineandpanel creates two distinct types of content: reference material and reporting. Reference pages, such as those for a Project, Technology, or Market, provide established, factual descriptions intended for long-term use. Reporting, found primarily in News, covers recent developments and events. All reporting that references a reference page will link to it, ensuring readers can access foundational context.
We are committed to factual accuracy. Any claim that cannot be verified through primary documentation, official statements, or established technical sources will not be presented as fact. Unverified claims may be reported as allegations with clear attribution to their source. Speculation is avoided.
For imagery, turbineandpanel uses real photographs with appropriate credit where one exists. We will never publish a software-generated image of a real person's face presented as a photograph. Diagrams and illustrative graphics will be clearly labelled as such.
Readers with corrections, suggestions, or queries regarding this policy or any content are invited to write to the editorial team using the contact details provided on the site.
